Never Alone

a poem about how God is with us

We are never truly alone,
no matter how alone we feel.
Our God stays on the throne,
yet draws near as we kneel.
He sees and knows our hearts.
His love is deep and real. 
He formed our inward parts.
Any broken heart, He can heal.
In the times we feel alone,
may we remember what is true.
To wander away, we are prone,
yet He is with us in all we do.
